Der Nationale Rückstandskontrollplan (NRKP) ist ein Programm zur Überwachung von Lebensmitteln tierischer Her-kunft hinsichtlich des Vorhandenseins von Rückständen ge-sundheitlich unerwünschter Stoffe. Er umfasst verschiedene Produktionsstufen, von den Tierbeständen bis hin zu Betrie-ben, die Roherzeugnisse erzeugen oder verarbeiten.
