Abstract

Controlling energy sources, the main motor of economic and social growth, is a priority objective for all countries of the world, more particularly for Morocco, a non-oil-producing country. It imported 93% in 2019. The consumption of primary energy and electricity have increased annually on average by 4.5% and 6%, respectively, since 1999.
