Abstract

Since 2008, teachers and researchers included of the higher education sector in Hong Kong have been advised if not “forced” to adopt the “outcome-based approach” (OBA) to guide the design of the curriculum and evaluate and assess the “quality” of their teaching, the ultimate concern of which is about “student learning”.
