Abstract
In the capitalistic economy, corporates are a biggest contributor in human resource management. They spend a lot on training their employees. Their role in developing human resource influences other sectors as well. In the last decade, the growth of information communication technology and mobile devices contributed a lot in improving the training process. It is no more a classroom-based training and in fact turned into a continuous learning process rather than training. It is now E-learning with the ability to expand the coverage of geographical area as well as delivering targeted learning for specific operational area. The quality of the learning material has also improved.
This entry focused on the supply of tools for the delivery of the learning material and also identified some of the challenges for future development.
