How are disciplines ranked here?
Disciplines are ranked by the peer-reviewed citation count accumulated by IBM's articles in journals classified under each field. A field appears here if one or more of its member journals have published peer-reviewed work attributed to IBM.
What do A pos and C pos mean?
The # column is the rank of each listed entry for IBM — rank 1 means this entry is where IBM has the most articles or citations. A pos and C pos show the reciprocal: the position of IBM within that entry's own ranked list, by articles and citations respectively. A low value means IBM is among the most prominent contributors for that entry.
