Abstract

Global institutions play a central role in developing nations. Each nation has its own identity, and therefore, single policy for one nation rarely matches with the other. As a result, a variety of dimensions is essentially searched while planning a policy especially in a global institution. Although policies on food, habitation, and clothing are considered as common need of people in the globe, peoples' living entirely depends upon variety of characteristics such as their philosophy, environment, and desire to make development creating heavy influence on policy making. Therefore, this chapter is planned to understand how ideas and concepts are developed amongst the policy designers and converted into policy making.
